组合锂电池基本常识
近(jin)年来,随着科学技(ji)术的不断进步,各种(zhong)高科技(ji)的用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)具(ju)如雨后春(chun)笋般(ban)的不断涌(yong)现,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池不可避免地成(cheng)(cheng)为这些(xie)产(chan)品中的一个核心备件,如手机、无绳电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)话、手提电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)脑、小(xiao)型摄像机等。锂电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池在这些(xie)用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)具(ju)申(shen)都是成(cheng)(cheng)组(zu)使(shi)用,所以组(zu)合电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的基本常(chang)识对(dui)我(wo)们业务员(yuan)(yuan)、跟(gen)单(dan)员(yuan)(yuan)及工程技(ji)术人(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)是必须了解并(bing)掌握的。
1、组合(he)电池(chi)对单粒电池(chi)的(de)要求
主要(yao)(yao)要(yao)(yao)求容量(liang)(liang)均匀(yun)、内阻(zu)一致(zhi)放电(dian)(dian)平台一致(zhi)。若(ruo)一组电(dian)(dian)池容量(liang)(liang)不均匀(yun)、内阻(zu)不一致(zhi),会因为容量(liang)(liang)较(jiao)低(di)或内阻(zu)较(jiao)大的电(dian)(dian)池提前失效(xiao),造成(cheng)整(zheng)组电(dian)(dian)池失效(xiao)。
一(yi)般采(cai)用串联组合(he),但由(you)于客(ke)户的(de)要求可能出现(xian)并联或混(hun)联(串并联同时(shi)使用)。一(yi)般我(wo)们不提倡并联和混(hun)联,因为(wei)由(you)于电(dian)池容(rong)量、内(nei)(nei)阻(zu)的(de)差异,容(rong)易(yi)出现(xian)充电(dian)时(shi)电(dian)流分配不均匀,造(zao)成(cheng)电(dian)池过充或充电(dian)不足;放电(dian)时(shi),并联电(dian)路中形成(cheng)内(nei)(nei)循(xun)环,造(zao)成(cheng)电(dian)池过早失效。
2,串联组合:
电(dian)池(chi)之间的正负(fu)极(ji)**尾(wei)相连,容量为单粒电(dian)池(chi)标称容量,标称电(dian)压为单粒电(dian)池(chi)的标称电(dian)压乘以串联只(zhi)数(V=Vcell*N, V---电(dian)池(chi)组的标称电(dian)压,Vcell---单粒电(dian)池(chi)标称电(dian)压,N---电(dian)池(chi)只(zhi)数)。
3,并联组合:
电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)之间正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)与(yu)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)连接,负极(ji)(ji)与(yu)负极(ji)(ji)连接。标(biao)称(cheng)(cheng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压为(wei)(wei)单(dan)粒(li)锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的标(biao)称(cheng)(cheng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压,标(biao)称(cheng)(cheng)容(rong)量(liang)为(wei)(wei)单(dan)粒(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的标(biao)称(cheng)(cheng)容(rong)量(liang)乘以(yi)并联(lian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)数(C=Ccell*N,C---组合电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的标(biao)称(cheng)(cheng)容(rong)量(liang),Ccell为(wei)(wei)单(dan)粒(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的标(biao)称(cheng)(cheng)容(rong)量(liang),N为(wei)(wei)并联(lian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)只数)。
4,混联组合
混联组合(he)是指(zhi)该组合(he)中(zhong)同时出现串联组合(he)和(he)并(bing)联组合(he),一(yi)般为先串后并(bing)和(he)先并(bing)后串两(liang)种。
先串后并组合:
要(yao)求各串联组合中的(de)电池只数、型号、容量(liang)内阻必须一致。
该组合电池的:
标(biao)称电(dian)压为(wei)单(dan)粒(li)电(dian)池的标(biao)称电(dian)压乘以串联组合中电(dian)池的只数;
标称容(rong)量为单粒电池(chi)的标称容(rong)量乘以该组合中(zhong)并联(lian)的组数。
先并后串组合:
要求各并联组合中(zhong)的(de)电池只数(shu)、型号、容(rong)量、内阻一(yi)致。
该组合电池的:
标(biao)称(cheng)电(dian)压为单(dan)粒电(dian)池的标(biao)称(cheng)电(dian)压乘以(yi)串联的组(zu)数;
标(biao)称容量为单粒电(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)标(biao)称容量乘以并(bing)联组合申并(bing)联电(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)只数。
